Dear Valued Clients and Partners,

Due to the ongoing geopolitical tensions in the Middle East and the recent escalation of the Iran situation, global energy markets have experienced significant volatility. This has resulted in a sharp increase in crude oil and marine bunker fuel prices over recent weeks.

As bunker fuel represents a major component of vessel operating costs, the recent surge has led to a substantial increase in voyage operating expenses.

In light of the above, and in order to partially offset the increased fuel costs, an Emergency Bunker Surcharge (EBS) will be applied to new bookings on a case-by-case basis.

Effective Date: This surcharge will apply to all new bookings confirmed on or after 10 March 2026.

The applicable surcharge level will be quoted separately at the time of booking, depending on the prevailing bunker market conditions and voyage requirements.

We will continue to monitor the bunker market closely and will review this policy should market conditions stabilize.
